These terms cover your use of digitlix.com and any beat license bought through it. Placing an order means you accept them.

digitLIX is an independent music producer. Questions about these terms, an order, or a license: contact@digitlix.com.
What you are buying
You are buying a license to use a beat, not ownership of it. digitLIX remains the author and copyright holder of every composition and recording on this site, except where an Exclusive Rights license says otherwise. The specific rights, file formats and limits of each tier are set out on the Licensing page and on each beat’s page, and those details form part of these terms.
Delivery
Files are delivered digitally, immediately after payment clears, through a download link on your order confirmation and in your account.
A small number of older beats are listed while their master files are being recovered from archive. If you buy one of those, we will email your files directly, normally within one working day, and your license rights are exactly the same. If we cannot deliver them at all, you get a full refund.
If a download fails, contact contact@digitlix.com and we will re-issue it.
Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final. Because our products are digital and access is provided immediately after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once payment has been completed and the digital product or license has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it. If we are unable to deliver a beat you have paid for, you are refunded in full.
Free demo downloads
Tagged demo MP3s are for non-profit use only, demos, freestyles and social posts, and must credit “digitLIX” in the title. They may not be released commercially, distributed on streaming services, or monetised. Releasing a track requires a paid license.
Producer credit
Unless your license says otherwise, released tracks must credit “Prod. digitLIX” in the title or description.
What you may not do
- Resell, re-license, or redistribute a beat as a beat, sample pack or loop.
- Register a beat with a content-ID or rights-management system in a way that claims tracks by others.
- Use a beat in anything unlawful, hateful, or defamatory.
Liability
The site and its files are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, digitLIX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and any liability is limited to what you paid for the license in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
